Delivery
Customers are advised to accurately provide their shipping and billing addresses during checkout to prevent any potential delays. KICKSFIX ensures delivery of orders within 3-7 working days (in case of exceptional circumstances may take 10 days) across India.
Shipping Policy
KICKSFIX provides Free Shipping for all customers ordering within India (excluding order below Rs 499 on which Rs 49 will be charged as shipping cost ). We collaborate with reputable shipping partners to deliver orders directly to your location. Our inventory is organized to facilitate delivery within 3-7 working days (in case of exceptional circumstances may take 10 days), depending on the customer's location. Tracking information will be sent to the customer's registered email address within 48 hours of dispatch from our warehouse. Cash On Delivery (COD) is available throughout India for an additional fee of Rs. 100. We offer 100% COD for orders up to ₹4,000. For orders exceeding ₹4,000, COD remains available without a maximum limit, including orders up to ₹1,00,000; however, a 10% advance payment is required for such high-value purchases to confirm the order. This policy guarantees a smooth and secure shopping experience for all our esteemed customers.
Refund Policy
At KICKSFIX all sales are final. In case the products ordered by the customer are out of stock or cannot be delivered to the desired pin code, then we ensure that 100% refund is made to the customer’s account within 7 working days. It can take up to 30 days for the payment to be credited to customers bank account.
Returns & Replacements
At KICKSFIX, all sales are considered final. A replacement will only be provided if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In the event of any unfortunate circumstances during delivery, we request that the customer provide valid proof for a replacement, such as an unboxing video clearly demonstrating the initial opening of the seal. Our team will strive to address your issue within seven working days. KICKSFIX reserves the right to deny any replacement requests. Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation
At present, cancellations are permitted solely for orders that have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Cancellations are not allowed for orders that are in transit. The refunded amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 7-10 working days, it can take up to 30 days for the payment to be credited to customers bank account. and no cancellation fees will be applied.

We provide a full Cash on Delivery (COD) service for orders totalling up to ₹4,000.
For orders that surpass ₹4,000, Cash on Delivery (COD) remains an option without any maximum limit, applicable to orders as high as ₹1,00,000. Nevertheless, a 10% advance payment is necessary to secure your purchase for these high-value transactions.
